1.1. Vidisco is a B2B enterprise, and as such we aim to engage companies and not individuals. We do not enter into commercial transactions through our Site.

We collect personal information only from those users who wish to interact with Vidisco and/or request for support, approaches by potential business partners and/or users the registered to our newsletter. Users that ask for information as indicated above are required to provide personal information such as full name, country, e-mail address, telephone number, organization and your area of interest. You are entitled to demand, through a written request to Vidisco, that the information relating to you, which is used for direct mailing purposes, be deleted from Vidisco's database, or corrected, if found to be incorrect, or incomplete. We may retain in our files information you have requested to be removed from the direct mailing databases for certain purposes, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce the Site's terms and conditions, for the period of time permitted by law.
